Left: Its dirty but I ran rope light along the power cord and it looks awesome! Side panel removed to work on wiring.

 

FYI: Bee's/wasps like to get into the air vents.

Right: Removed the steering panel lightly sanded it down and painted it with black plastic paint. Purchased new fuses and switches since the old was falling apart. 

The hatch leaked constantly and I just got fed up with it and got a new Bomar one. The deck wasn't even so I used some glass to make it even, did some prep work, then painted as perfect as a square to hide what I had did. 

 

Sadly, the deck already had some dry rot. Everyone told me I would have to go from the top down, but I went from the bottom up. I made a pattern, and replaced the wood, I saved the fiberglass and re glassed the seams. 

 

I wish I would have done this a little better. I am working on putting more support under the deck, but its tricky because I don't want to drill holes.
